Who we are
LPD Driving School provides manual and automatic driving lessons across Scunthorpe, Brigg, Kirton Lindsey, Messingham and the surrounding North Lincolnshire area. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
When you fill in the enquiry form on our Book page, we collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your address
- The type of lesson you're interested in
- The days and times that generally work for you
- Any message or additional detail you choose to add
We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this site, and we don't collect any information beyond what you enter into the form yourself.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, match you with an instructor who can fit you in, and arrange your lessons. We process it on the basis that it's necessary to take steps, at your request, before entering into an arrangement with you — you've given it to us specifically so we can get in touch.
Who we share it with
Enquiry details are passed to our customer management system (GoHighLevel), which we use to keep track of enquiries and communicate with you. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone else for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to take lessons with us, for the duration of that arrangement plus a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see below.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Ask what information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything that's inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your information
- Object to or restrict how we use it

If anything about how we handle your information changes, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
